BC Children’s Hospital Foundation raises funds for BC Children’s Hospital, supporting the care, research and treatment that kids across the province depend on. The Foundation was looking for a development partner to support their web needs and keep their WordPress site running and secure. The new Holiday Homepage, designed by their in-house team, was the first project we launched together.

Small fights deserve big support. We built a holiday homepage that puts kids’ stories first and makes every gift easier to give.
For a foundation like BCCHF, the website is where generosity turns into action. Donors need to trust it, and it has to work every time someone decides to give, especially during major campaigns. We support and maintain the Foundation’s WordPress site, handling core and plugin updates, security monitoring, bug fixes and troubleshooting, so their team can stay focused on the kids they serve.
The Holiday Homepage was the first project we launched together. BCCHF’s in-house team designed it, and we developed it on their existing site. The page brings together the holiday donation campaign, giving options and patient stories, with animation and interactive elements that add warmth without getting in the way of the main goal: making it easy to give. We built it from reusable sections, so the Foundation’s team can update content and swap in new seasonal campaigns themselves.

The Holiday Homepage launched on time for the Foundation’s holiday campaign, and it marked a strong start to our partnership. Working side by side on the launch built real trust and collaboration with the BCCHF team.
Because the page is built from reusable sections, it doesn’t end with the holidays. The Foundation’s team can refresh it for future campaigns without a rebuild, while our ongoing support keeps the site secure, up to date and ready whenever a donor decides to give.
