It’s the most wonderful time of the year! Where the sleigh bells ring and snow is glistening (while there may not be snow in Vancouver but you get the idea!) Here is a round up of Top 10 Holiday Events happening in Vancouver.
A brand new event happening in Vancouver this holiday season – featuring 40 local vendors, 12 food trucks, a Christmas Market and a Light Maze. Be sure to get tickets before they are all sold out! There is no promo code for this event, however if you use the code RMH2016, a portion of all sales will go to the Ronald McDonald House Charities.
Duration: November 25 – December 31st
Location: W 1st Ave & Crown St, Vancouver, BC
A local favourite nestled in the North Shore. If you plan on visiting the Capilano Suspension Bridge more than once a year, the annual pass is a better deal. The event includes a walk across the bridge, treetop adventures and also park admission. If you are visiting during December, be sure to dress warmly.
Previously located near Queen Elizabeth Theatre, the market has relocated to Jack Poole Plaza right where the Vancouver Olympic Cauldron is. The event will feature food vendors, arts and craft vendors, Photos with Santa and more. There is currently a SocialShopper promotion but the coupon is only valid for Monday – Thursday admissions. Public Transit is the preferred method of transportation for events in Downtown!

A classic in Vancouver, a perfect place for first Christmas dates, family festivities and for visitors. There will be a carousel this year and is complimentary with all tickets. I would highly recommend pre-purchasing tickets online prior to the event as tickets at the door can queue up to 45 minutes.
