Those of you who manage design, marketing and PR for companies and brands, know that in February Facebook did away with their FMBL application for new Pages. So if you wanted to have something more glamourous than a Wall, you could now create a Page in HTML, host it externally and publish it into Facebook through an app.

Claiming Your Name on Your Facebook Page
Did you know that if you have over 25 fans or Likers, that you can claim a name and then it will look like this: http://www.facebook.com/splitmango – gone is the word pages and that string of numbers. Now at SplitMango, we were lucky as it is such and odd name, it had not already been claimed. The shortest or easiest to remember version of your businesses name may already be gone.
