The World Cup is drawing to a close. We have seen some beautiful soccer, but lets take a moment to look at some the creative genius that has been on show.
I was recently back in South Africa and the Greenpoint Stadium in Cape Town is breathtaking, it fits beautifully into it’s surrounding and has a dramatic backdrop of Table Mountain from one side and Robbin Island from the other. More on Design Boom.
Adidas paid vast sums of money to be the main sponsor and produced a series of great TV spots, among them this little gem about Lionel Messi.
Nike brilliantly launched this great feature ad just prior to the kick off of the World Cup and stole the show, and they didn’t have to fork out truck loads of money to FIFA.
